Dr. Eboni Davis is a Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Detroit and Inkster, Michigan. She completed her academic training at the University of Detroit Mercy, obtaining her Baccalaureate, Master of Science in nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees. Dr. Davis has dedicated her entire nursing career to the voiceless and to improving patients' access to health care. She aims to do this by helping patients to overcome the obstacles that impede them from receiving quality patient care.
Dr. Davis has over 11 years of experience in healthcare and nursing.

Experience in these fields has allowed her to become a well-rounded yet teachable healthcare provider to serve her community efficiently. With this experience, she aims to care for the underserved population across the lifespan (children and adults), as this is her life’s purpose and what she has been called to do.
Dr. Crawford Strunk obtained his medical degree from State University New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, following his undergraduate studies at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. He successfully finished his residency in Pediatrics at Geisinger Medical Center located in Danville, PA, and subsequently pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland.
Since 2006, he has held the position of Director at the Pediatric Comprehensive Sickle Cell and Hemoglobinopathy Clinic at ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital. In 2018, he assumed the role of Director at the ProMedica Adult Sickle Cell Center until his departure in 2023. He held the position of Medical Advisor for the Ohio Department of Health Region 3 Newborn Screening Project, in addition to being a member of the Medicine and Research Advisory Council for the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America.
He has engaged in collaborative clinical research on sickle cell disease with colleagues from various countries. It is of utmost importance to note that he is married and has three children. He is an avid enthusiast of Star Wars, football, and hockey.
Dr. Mamle Anim is chief medical officer at Five Rivers Health Centers a federally qualified health center in Dayton where she currently cares for over 50 adult sickle cell patients. She is an associate professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
Her interest in sickle cell care stemmed from being a parent of a young adult warrior, she is passionate about reducing disparities in sickle cell care. Dr. Anim currently serves as Sickle Cell Services Program Medical Advisor to the Ohio Department of Health and is active in various academic and clinical committees. In September 2020, she received the Dayton Business Journal’s 2020 Health Care Hero Award and in 2021 was recognized as the Daytonian of the week by the Dayton Daily News in January 2021.
