De'Naysia Johnson, BS (Social Media Content Creator)

De'Naysia Johnson is an emerging leader and creative force in the world of business and digital storytelling. A proud graduate of The University of Toledo, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a passion for blending strategy, innovation, and impact.

As the Social Media Content Creator for the Scott Center for Observation, Treatment, and Transition, De'Naysia uses her visionary eye and strategic mindset to craft compelling narratives that inform, engage, and inspire. Her work has helped elevate the Center’s mission and amplify awareness around sickle cell disease, health equity, and community empowerment.

De'Naysia is also a proud mentee of Dr. La’Shardae Scott, who has provided her with the space and support to grow in professional environments. Under Dr. Scott’s mentorship, De'Naysia continues to develop as a dynamic young professional committed to purpose-driven work and leaving a legacy of leadership, creativity, and service

Jasmine Foster is a rising changemaker with a heart for service and a vision for impact. Currently a sophomore at Eastern Michigan University majoring in Social Work, Jasmine is passionate about creating meaningful change in communities and advocating for those whose voices often go unheard.

As a summer intern with the Scott Center for Observation, Treatment and Transition, Jasmine plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s administrative operations, coordinating vendor outreach, and assisting with community engagement efforts. Through her work, she is developing the critical skills needed to serve and support diverse populations with empathy, professionalism, and cultural competence.

Jasmine is also a proud mentee of Dr. La’Shardae Scott, who has poured into her growth both personally and professionally. Dr. Scott’s mentorship has empowered Jasmine to walk confidently in her purpose, while fostering her leadership potential in real-world settings. With every step, Jasmine is proving that the next generation of social work leaders is bold, compassionate, and ready to make a difference.

Eric Scott II is a rising high school student with a growing passion for entrepreneurship and photography. As a student intern, Eric has already begun carving his own path—combining creativity with business acumen. He has proudly accompanied his mother, Dr. La’Shardae Scott, on numerous business trips, where he’s captured dynamic images used across social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials for the Scott Center. Eric’s eye for detail and commitment to excellence continue to elevate the brand while inspiring the next generation of young creatives. creating meaningful change in communities and advocating for those whose voices often go unheard.
